Structure and Working Principle

The linear vibrating screen is mainly composed of screen body, screen frame, screen mesh, vibration motor, motorseat, damping spring, bracket and so on.

Two horizontal vibrating motors are used as the vibration source to cause the material to be thrown up on the screen and perform linear projectile motion. The material is evenly fed into the vibrating screen inlet. Screened material of different sizes are produced through screen meshes and discharged from the respective discharge ports.
