1. Product Introduction

Our newly developed flotation machine is mainly used for roughing, concentration and reverse flotation of non-metallic minerals, non-ferrous metals and ferrous metals with advantages of large suction capacity, high processing capacity, low power consumption, large effective volume area and cost-effective. The machine can forms flotation circuit, and does not need any auxiliary equipment. Also, it has an automatic control device for the slurry surface which makes adjustment convenient and fast.

3. Structure and Work Principle

The machine is mainly composed of pulp tank, stirring device, air charging device, dischargedevice and electric motor etc.

Water and necessary chemicals are added in and mixed with the ground ores. The formed pulp enters into the pulp tank. The motor drives the impeller to rotate, generating centrifugal force to form a negative pressure, which makes air sucked into the pulp and formed deal of bubbles. Mineral particles adhere to the foam and float to the surface of the pulp forming a mineralized foam layer. Adjust the height of the shutterandcontrol the liquid level so that the useful foam to which the mineral particles are attached is scraped off by the scraper.
